Here's what happens, start to finish.
Before We Talk
You fill out a short form. Ten minutes.

I read it before we talk, and I do my own research on your business, so the call isn't spent on background.
The Call
Thirty minutes, you and me, no commitment. You're talking to the person who will do the work.
We go through how you're using AI now and what you want it to do. I'll give you my honest assessment of what's worth building and what it would take to build it.
If it's not a fit, I'll tell you. You'll still leave with something worth having.
The Proposal
If we're in alignment, I'll scope the work and send you a written proposal: what I'll build, what you'll have when it's done, and the price. A services agreement comes with it the first time we work together. You return the signed agreement and payment. All projects are prepaid.
Every business is different, so the scope comes after I understand yours. It's all on the page before you say yes.
The Build, and the Handoff
I build what we agreed to. Then we get on a call, set it up in your business, and run it live together.
You keep everything. The files, the written instructions, the video recording of the handoff, the whole setup. You run it from there, and nothing about it depends on me staying involved. If you ever want to keep going without me, you can, and you'll know exactly how it works.
After the First Project
A consultant hands you a deliverable and moves on. What I build stays in your business, and the next build starts from there.
The second project doesn't begin at zero. Your business is already captured, I already know how you work, and the new workflow gets built on top of the existing one instead of beside it. So the second build reaches further than the first. The third goes further still.
Later projects also go faster, because I'm not learning your business again.
Nothing gets rebuilt. It accumulates.
What It Costs
Every project is different, so the quote comes after the call. Projects start at $3,000.
